Welcome to New Generation Hobbies support center

In order to accelerate and better track your support requests and RMA, we introduced a new support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. No login, only a valid email address is required. Alternately you can send your support request to support@nghobbies.com. A new support ticket will be automatically generated for you.


RMA requests are handled through the same system by our Warranty and Returns department. Please use the below "Open a New Ticket" link to create a new requests and from the "Request Type" please choose "RMA Request".


Please do not forget to include the following information for every support and RMA request:

    • Your original order number.
    • Date of the purchase
    • Product name and model
    • Detailed description of the problem or the reason of the RMA request
