The new Dominator V3 goggles from Fat Shark will be shipping out from our store starting with September 7th. Fat Shark presented and demoed the new goggles at the #fatsharkfrenzy event in Collingwood, Ontario, August 21st, 2015. The pilots and visitors present were able to personally experience the amazing picture quality, the upgraded optics, the amazing HDMI input and side by side 3D imaging capabilities of the new Fat Shark Dominator V3 goggles.
According to Fatshark the new Dominator V3 focuses on improvement on the HDMI connectivity which supports 720p resolution through a robust mini HDMI port and 16:9 format WVGA image.
With this improvement Fat Shark made the Dominator V3 the best option and the most affordable choice for those who would like to add an FPV solution to their Ar Drone Parrot Bepop, DJI Phanotm 3 or a DJI Inspire 1 drone.
The HDMI (720p) output on the above mentioned drone solutions will provide a high resolution digital video feed which can be displayed successfully on the Fat Shark Dominator V3 goggles in wide screen format for best viewing.
As you can see on the images below, the Bebop and the Phantom 3 all can be connected to the new Dominator V3 goggles though an HDMI cable – included in the Fatshark Dominator V3 package.

Another new feature is the improved DVR can swap between NTSC and PAL format as well as power backup to write files should the power be disconnected while recording. The DominatorV3 has modular bays to support 1G3, 2G4 and 5G8 band receivers and ability to add the Trinity head tracker.
