The Mikrokopter is an open source project with a very big support from Germany and all over Europe. The Mikrokopter kit contains everything to get the Mikrokopter in the air in about 5-10 hours of work. The skills needed to make this happen are: soldering, mechanical, good understanding of electronics, airplanes. To fly the Mikrokopter you need a good understanding of helicopter controls. If you ever flew a model helicopter you'll be flying the Mikrokopter in no time.
