     I feel as though I should apologize to you also.  I have been looking for this item (Predator) for a few weeks but it seems to be out of stock everywhere.  I could find no one in the United States that had them.  I found your website through a Google internet search, and you had the item in stock.  I was well aware that shipping anything internationally could be a little more dificult.  I am saddened that we live so close, but because of the border, so far away.  I am grateful to have found someone who was willing to put forth the extra effort to make this sale a reality.
     I look foreward to receiving the Predator.  Should the boy take interest in the hobby, I can assure you that we will look to you again for our needs.  I wish you the best, and thank you again.

I just wanted to thank you again for the assistance you provided me with this weekend.  To call me back not once or twice but three times on a Saturday to help me with my screw ups to the HexaKopter was wonderful and not at all expected.  You saved me allot of panicking and have made building one of these things easier than I could have ever imagined, the wiki helped to, but you filled in the some key gaps for me on a day where most everyone else sends everything to voicemail.  I know it is not common practice for you but you went above and beyond to help me out and I want you to know I appreciate it.
