I just wanted to thank you again for the assistance you provided me with this weekend. To call me back not once or twice but three times on a Saturday to help me with my screw ups to the HexaKopter was wonderful and not at all expected. You saved me allot of panicking and have made building one of these things easier than I could have ever imagined, the wiki helped to, but you filled in the some key gaps for me on a day where most everyone else sends everything to voicemail. I know it is not common practice for you but you went above and beyond to help me out and I want you to know I appreciate it.

I received your parcel today and I must say that I am extremely impressed with the speed of this delivery. Strange as it may seem, we often wait weeks for customs clearance of goods ordered in our neighbouring country Germany. It seems they try to wear us Swiss down so we finally consent to membership in the European Union..

I did business with you last year. Man!! is it always nice to know the shipment comes next day and not 2-4 weeks later like hobby king.
Right now what I bought from you was going to buy at hobbyking.. except they never have one .. or the other things needed always something out of stock. Multiply that by 3 separate orders and EMS of $24 on each and about $75 extra cost, and 60 days... not worth it.
You had all three!!! You should change your website front page to Fastest Service in Canada. Simply because it is!
