Mikrokopter Warranty Info
Mikrokopter Warranty Procedures:
All Mikrokopter electronics are warranted to be DOA (Dead on Arrival). No additional Warranty term beyond that is provided. All issues related to products "not working to specifications" or "not working" after it has been soldered in - are subject to repair. For repair you have to request and RMA number from Mikrokopter directly, you have to ship the defective item to Mikrokopter on your own cost and pay the repair costs to Mikrokopter directly. New Generation Hobbies WILL NOT exchage any Mikrokopter products after the original purchase even of the unit was DOA.
For DOA Mikrokopter electronics: New Generation Hobbies DOES NOT exchange or repair any DOA Mikrokopter electronics. If such problem has been encountered, the customer will have to contact Mikrokopter directly to request an RMA number and ship the defective item back to them on their own cost. Mikrokotper will repair DOA items free of charge and it will ship it back free of charge. There is no additional warranty provided beyond that.
